Q. Hi can I cancel my order?
A. Hi, Unfortunately we can not cancel your order, please wait for the item to be delivered and send it back to us ASAP, unworn and unopened. Any items opened will not be accepted. Our returns address will be on our postage stamp. We will issue you a refund asap on the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days.
Q. Hi, I received my order and I've decided I don't want it now. Can I return please?
A. Hi, Yes of course! Please email email@example.com for return queries. Please make sure items are unworn and in perfect condition.
Q. Hi I want to return my items but I've missed the 7 day period cut off.
A. Hey, we do not accept returns after 7 days due to risk of customers wearing our jewellery and then sending it back, as I'm sure you appreciate you wouldn't want to potentially wear jewellery someone else has worn. If you've been on holiday/away we may make an exception.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
If your items are for gifting and request a return after the 7-day period, we are unable to accept a return.
Any requests after 7 days will not be accepted. Due to hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns after this period. Any item(s) that show scuffs, dirty finger marks will be sent back to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to corona virus we can not accept items that have worn, we take this policy very seriously and if the item is worn/unsalable we will not under no circumstances accept a returns request.
If the customer is responsible for any breakages, unfortunately we cannot accept a refunds request.
In a rare occasion your item turns up faulty, you have 72 hours to report this. Any items that are reported after 72 hours will not be refunded or replaced.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings or sale items. Unless Items are faulty to no fault of your own.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If we do not accept your return, we will send the item back to you at no cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
