Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

Items are to be dispatched within 7 working days. Usually 24 hours.
Our shipping days are Tuesday - Friday and we do not dispatch items Saturday - Monday
After items are dispatched please allow 2-7 days for delivery, however parcels will usually reach you the next working day if ordered before 3pm.
Items are sent 24 Hour Tracked.
During Easter, Christmas and Bank Holidays shipping will be slightly slower due to Royal Mail Opening Times.
All items will be sent with a tracking number and you will receive updates when your parcel is due to be delivered. Please check your spam folder if you have not received any confirmation from ourselves 3 days after you placed your orders.
Coronavirus has added days on delivery due to staff shortages.
If you have not received your items after 28 days, this means your parcel is lost.
We will then refund you or send you a new parcel, providing your parcels status is classed as lost and not 'delivered' or 'signed for'
We will always investigate any parcels that are lost, and we will do our utmost best to rectify this. 
If we suspect fraud, K D Jewellery Ltd has the rights to seek legal action i.e being dishonest about a parcel, claiming a parcel is lost when it has been received and giving us false information.
Please double check you have provided your correct shipping address when placing an order. If we have sent your items to your chosen address and you made an error, this item would be classed as lost. You would need to contact the receiving address on your own behalf.
